Ryan Reynolds just sent the hands-down funniest tweet of the year to Canada’s Olympic skaters
There aren’t many Hollywood dads out there as funny as Ryan Reynolds. And as a Canadian, Reynolds was probably cheering for both Team USA and Team Canada during the 2018 Winter Olympics, which makes his recent request to Canadian ice dancing partners Tessa Virtue and Scott Moir slightly less weird (maybe?).
Virtue and Moir heated up the ice during the games, so much so that people thought the two were actually a couple. They’re not — they’ve just got years of skating history together. Virtue admitted that they once tried a romantic relationship back when they were kids, but it didn’t work out. Instead, a strong friendship blossomed. “What we have is such a cool relationship,” Moir said to Maclean’s. “It’s more about a friendship, our working relationship is so strong. We take so much pride in that.”
So we’re not sure if the duo are ready to be parents just yet. Especially parents together…which brings us back to Reynolds’ tweet.
He literally offered up his daughters James and Ines to the pair.
