Ryan Reynolds shares an intimately adorable story of how he and Blake Lively got pregnant again

If you’re a fan of everyone’s favorite Hollywood couple, Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively, be prepared to squeal your heart out because Reynolds just revealed an adorable and surprisingly intimate story about how he and his wife, Lively, conceived their second child.

As he tells People, “Yeah, ya know, [I] just played a little Lionel Richie, and the mood hit!” While we realize this comment was made in jest, it’s still pretty darn cute, especially considering how sweet Reynolds is with the couple’s first child, James.

As he tells People, “I’m a big outdoorsman. My relationship with the outdoors is a long, storied one and something I value greatly. I love doing it with my family. I take my daughter with me all the time on hikes.” He goes on to explain, “I take my daughter out all the time. I live upstate New York, as well, so I’m able to get out there, and it’s all just the backyard and the forest.”

Of course, given how very pregnant his wife is, Reynolds tells People that she can no longer accompany them on their family hikes, at least until after the birth. What could be cuter than the family of four hiking together? Pretty much nothing.
