Ryan Reynolds admits he fully understands “The Lion King” now that he has two daughters
Deadpool actor, Ryan Reynolds admits The Lion King was right about the “circle of life,” now that his daughter James is helping out with his new daughter, and it’s both an adorable and totally weird thing to say.
On Thursday, Reynolds was honored as one of GQ’s Men of the Year — because he’s Ryan freaking Reynolds — but instead of focusing on the men of the night, the 40-year-old actor talked all about the three ladies in his life.
Seriously, could he be any cuter?
Reynolds revealed that his second daughter, who he and wife Blake Lively welcomed in September, is similar to his oldest, James, in a few ways.
“Well, they look alike. You can see that she’s sort of a little mini version of our older girl,” Reynolds exclusively told Entertainment Tonight on the event’s red carpet. “But, no, it’s great. It’s like an actually cohesive, working, functioning family.”

The Proposal actor continued saying that with James help he finally gets what The Lion King was saying all these years.
"It's amazing to see my older daughter taking care of my younger one," he explained. "'The Lion King' was right! The circle of life exists."
After his gorgeous wife posted a photo of the healthy food she was eating in order to “fit into my jeans again gall darnet,” earlier this week the publication asked Reynolds about Lively’s push to shed the baby weight and his answer was perfect.
“I don’t know of what you speak with this ‘getting back in shape,’” he said jokingly.
"She looks fantastic! So I don't know. It's like, yeah, whatever we do to stay healthy is what we do," he continued. "It's great!"
What an amazing answer, all men should take note from Reynolds if this question comes up. Honestly, he already won our favorite dad award with his funny Lion King comment and now this body positive answer.
This guy is pretty perfect, don’t you think?
