Of course, we think Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively are ~the cutest~ couple. But wait, Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively want HOW many kids?! During an interview on SiriusXM EW Radio, Reynolds dropped the answer, reported People.

“If I could have nine daughters, I would be thrilled, said Reynolds. “Really, like I genuinely would be.

We assume he threw that number out arbitrarily, although if he really meant nine, Reynolds and Lively have our blessing. Of course, the couple has two daughters now, James, 2, and another who was born in September (and whose name has not been released to the public — smart move, right?).

ICYMI, Reynolds and Lively made their first public appearance with their daughters the other day, when Reynolds received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Just look at the photogenic family.

But why nine, and daughters in particular?!

It so happens that Reynolds grew up with three brothers. So among the four of them, that was a lot of testosterone, “we would destroy the house,” Reynolds said. Yup, we can definitely see why a houseful of girls would be a welcome change.

“Having a daughter was a dream come true for me,” Reynolds, aka People’s “Sexiest Dad Alive,” said. “I never admitted it out loud, to myself or my wife, but I really wanted a little girl. It’s the best.”
