OK, so we can’t exactly give you that until cloning becomes a viable option, but Ryan Gosling does have a European doppelgänger and the internet is absolutely losing it.
Yep, all your dreams are coming true: the internet can’t handle Ryan’s nearly-identical doppelgänger, and he’s just as dapper and gorgeous as the original. Ryan’s European look-alike lives in Germany but could certainly pass for a long-lost relative of the dreamy actor/internet boyfriend, and you definitely have to see photos of him to believe the uncanny resemblance between the two.

So who is this German dreamboat with effortless Gosling style? His name is Johannes Laschet, and he’s a men’s fashion blogger from Aachen, Germany. Laschet’s father is notable German politician Armin Laschet, but he’s making a name for himself in the menswear blogging sphere, with more than 31,000 followers on Instagram.

The resemblance is pretty remarkable, though we’re sad to reveal it doesn’t seem the two are related in any way. They do share some similarities, with Laschet having an eerily similar style to our favorite movie star. Plus, they’ve both been interviewed by GQ…the German edition of the magazine recently asked Laschet what it is like being compared to the American actor. Loosely translated, he said:
"It often occurs and sometimes it is exhausting. Also truth is: There are worse things and you should not complain about it now. It's better than when people say, 'He looks like Danny DeVito.'"

As for if he’s ever been confused for Ryan, he did admit that he was asked by two girls to take a photo in Florence, Italy last year, and he told them he was not Ryan Gosling. They wanted a photo anyway (of course!).
