You can officially buy an RBG-themed beer soon, and cheers to that

You have your Ruth Bader Ginsburg action figure. Your Bader Ginsburg T-shirt. You even have your RBG Lipslut-brand lip stick. And now you can officially sit back and enjoy an ice-cold Ruth Bader Ginsburg-themed beer. That’s right. Sam Adams is officially releasing a beer in special honor of the Supreme Court justice.

The beer will be named “When There Are Nine,” which is a reference to RBG’s legendary response to the question of when she thinks there will be “enough” women on the Supreme Court (SCOTUS has nine judges in total). According to The Boston Globe, the brew will be an IPA made from hops created by the Pink Boots Society, which is a non-profit that supports women in the brewing industry. A portion of all proceeds will go to the society, and the beer company will also hold a “plank competition” (a reference to RBG’s famous workout routine). Proceeds from the competition will go to the ACLU Women’s Rights Project.
