Rosamund Pike’s floral, ’70s-inspired minidress may officially be our favorite look of the season
There are some looks that just never ever go out of style, and the whimsical world of floral prints definitely fits into that category. And we just heard that Rosamund Pike wore a floral caped minidress to the premiere of her new movie A United Kingdom in NYC, and we think this just may be our favorite look of the season.
The dress is a white Giambattista Haute Couture 11, and its sprinkling of pink flowers is so playful — yet totally classy!
We love how it falls above the knee, and the placement of those red ribbon pins are pretty much divine. It also has MAJOR ’70s inspo vibes.
As you can see, she’s absolutely glowing. The pale pink color on her lips brings out the flowers even more, and we’re digging how simple the entire look is — no need for bracelets or necklaces because the dress stands out all by itself.
Shall we view it from the side?
It’s official: She can pull off anything! Remember when she was a ’70s goddess in high-waisted, high-legged red trousers (another retro look that she totally nailed)? Not to mention, her current look is making us long for spring in a major way.
If you’re on the prowl for a floral minidress to call your own, there are plenty of affordable options like this!

All you gotta do is a little digging. Remember that the best part about trying new clothes is having fun, so just make sure you’re enjoying yo’ self. If it starts to feel like a chore, move on and try something else.
Thanks for the inspo, Rosamund!
