Welp, Milo Ventimiglia knows who *isn’t* the father of Rory’s baby in “Gilmore Girls”

So, you’ve probably heard the good news that we might be getting more episodes of Gilmore Girls on Netflix. But, one member of the Stars Hollow gang, Milo Ventimiglia, isn’t so sure about returning for more episodes of Gilmore Girls. TBH, we’re heartbroken. If that’s not enough to make you cry, Milo has some more upsetting news to share with us that’s pretty important.

Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life ended on a kinda huge cliffhanger. While many of us assumed that (Spoilers!!) Rory’s baby was fathered by Logan, plenty of people were holding out for the baby to belong to Jess. Unfortunately for the Jess/Rory-shippers, Jess-himself Milo Ventimiglia is here to set the story straight. He seemed pretty adamant when he told the AOL’s Build Series that Jess is not the father (gasp!).

“No, it is not Jess’ baby. I feel like everybody’s like, ‘But what if he came out with a pompadour, leather jacket and a smart brain?!’ 

Okay, Milo. So we’re all hoping that Rory and Jess would have an adorable baby that came out reciting Shakespeare and with a tiny little book, and his (or her) name would be Dodger. I guess we’ll have to just wait for more episodes to get real confirmation. Let’s just go back and watch Jess and Rory being adorable. Sigh.

Keep your fingers crossed for more Gilmore Girls and there’s no reason to give up hope on a little Jess Mariano baby — yet!
