Photos of Rihanna and Donald Glover are making their way around the internet, fueling speculation that the pair are working on a very secret project together.
The photos were reportedly snapped in Cuba, ET Online reports, and made their way to Cuban publication Vistar‘s website before legions of Twitter users picked them up. Now, the people of the internet are channeling their inner Nancy Drews, sleuthing around for further clues as to what this mystery project could be. The most popular (and detailed) theory comes courtesy of Vistar itself.
It claims the pair are on the Caribbean island filming a musical movie together called Guava Island. According to the publication, Black Panther star Letitia Wright and Game of Thrones alum Nonso Anozie are also set to appear in the film, the latter of whom was spotted on the rumored film’s set. Vistar also reported that frequent Childish Gambino (Glover’s musical stage name) collaborator Hiro Murai is directing the project. false

However, not everyone is satisfied with the theory that Rihanna and Donald Glover are filming a movie together.

Adding to the theory that the pair are collaborating musically, earlier this week, Rihanna confirmed that Childish Gambino would be performing at her upcoming Diamond Ball.
Rihanna announced that the Diamond Ball is hosted by Issa Rae and Donald Glover is performing. Issa Rae is who was supposted to write Rihanna and Lupita’s film and Donald Glover is the actor who plays the main character in the film Rih was supposted to be shooting in Cuba lmao

Honestly, both theories are packing heavy punches, evidence-wise.
