Ricky Martin is headin’ to Vegas and we are so excited for this

Ricky Martin is having an amazing year. His incredibly successful “One World Tour” has been taking stadiums all over the globe by storm. And he recently announced his engagement to his partner, Jwan Yosef.

But perhaps the most exciting news of the year from Ricky Martin is his upcoming Vegas residency!

While visiting Ellen, Martin made the huge announcement that he’d be soon “living la vida Vegas,” and performing regularly at the Monte Carlo Resort. The singer beamed happily as he shared the news. Needless to say, people were super excited to hear it.

After the audience initially cheered with delight, Ricky wanted to make sure they knew the doors were open.

He said, "You're all invited." Then he laughed, adding, "Did I just say that?"

Without skipping a beat, Ellen casually made a big announcement of her own.

She smiled and said, "I want all of you to see Ricky's concert, so you're going to go and get a pair of tickets and a two night stay at the Monte Carlo."

The lucky audience members, who were already totally stoked at the news itself, were beside themselves with excitement.

 According to Ellen, tickets for the show officially go on sale Monday. So the audience is not only getting to see the show for free while staying in an iconic Vegas hotel, they’re also getting tickets before anyone else.

Ellen is always extremely generous to her audience members but this is a particularly wonderful surprise.

The exact dates of Martin’s residency and details about his show have yet to be revealed. We have no doubt it’s going to be as amazing as he is and it’ll definitely be worth a trip to Vegas to see him live!
