It’s safe to say that the world, including us, has totally fallen in love with Lin-Manuel Miranda.

The Broadway star, who’s musical Hamilton has won him the 2016 Pulitzer Prize for drama, a Grammy, and 16(!) Tony awards, is pretty inspiring, tbh. Not only is he the driving force behind Hamilton, but he’s also revealed that he was set to write songs for the upcoming live-action Little Mermaid remake, and he’s no afraid to get real about what it’s like to be creative.

However, that’s not all. Lin-Manuel Miranda is one heck of a freestyle rapper.

We already know that Lin-Manuel is an amazing lyricist and rapper (we mean, he did write and star in Hamilton). But Lin-Manuel has also proved that he’s an amazing freestyler.

Last year, dropping by The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, he proved that he had what it takes to go against The Roots’ Tariq Trotter with the Wheel of Freestyle.

Now, ahead of his hosting duties on SNL this weekend, Lin-Manuel proved that he still had what it takes to freestyle his way out of any situation and it’s amazing.

Taking on Tariq Trotter again, it seems that no topic can stump him. When faced with the challenge of “robot,” “corn maze,” and “Harry Potter,” Lin-Manuel had no trouble coming up with an awesome rap that covered all three topics.

OMG – this is SO good. We wish that when we were put on the spot we could come up with something so awesome.

Tariq also totally slays his freestyle about “guacamole,” “lumerjack,” and the “Super Bowl.”

While Lim-Manuel Miranda might no longer be a part of the cast of Hamilton, the star can be seen this weekend on SNL, alongside musical guest twenty one pilots.

You can catch The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon weeknights 11:35/10:35c on NBC.
