The former directors of the untitled Young Han Solo movie have found their first project since being fired from the Star Wars standalone film by Lucasfilm earlier this summer.

The Lego Movie directors Phil Lord and Chris Miller have sold a comedy pilot to ABC, tentatively called We Can Do Better.

Written by Saturday Night Live and The Last Man on Earthalum Liz Cackowski, the series follows “a soccer mom who must deal with her newly ‘woke’ life in the south as a parent, wife, American citizen, and daughter of hardcore conservative parents,”according to Variety.

Not gonna lie, this sounds *pretty* relevant for 2017 America!

Earlier this summer, Lord and Miller were fired from the untitled Young Han Solo movie, which was nearly finished filming, after creative differences with Lucasfilm president Kathleen Kennedy. The two were then replaced by A Beautiful Mind director Ron Howard. Since leaving the Star Wars film, the directors have kept a relatively low profile as many speculated about their next project. But, speculate no more!

We Can Do Better was sold with a “significant penalty,” which essentially ensures the series will go to air or ABC will risk handing over a pretty hefty fee to the 21 Jump Street directors. The duo also serve as executive producers on Fox comedy series The Last Man on Earth, and directed the first two episodes of the first season. So hopefully, they’ll step behind the camera to direct a few episodes of We Can Do Better.

While we may not be seeing their take on Han Solo, we’re happy to see Lord and Miller getting back to their comedy series roots!
