Get ready, Sam & Cat fans! Jennette McCurdy just inked a deal with Canvas Media Studios to create some new scripted projects—and they’ll be readily available online. YAY!

McCurdy, who played Cat Puckett on Sam & Cat opposite Ariana Grande, says she’s excited to work on her new series/shows/social media content with innovative Canvas Media co-founders Bernie Su and David Tochterman.

“Working with Bernie and David will enable me to connect more creatively with my fans. They understand better than anyone how to tell stories that take advantage of social platforms.”

Even more Jennette on social media? We’ll take it!

The actress has a massive social following—more than 6 million followers each on Twitter and Instagram and over 15 million fans on Facebook—and she regularly uses the platforms to share her realest (and funniest) moments with fans.

In an interview with Hello! Canada earlier this summer she said, “I don’t want any kids to be seeing my stuff and thinking, ‘This is what’s real,’ and it’s not at all. I feel like it’s about balance and maintaining boundaries but also showing as much as the truth as possible.”

We can’t wait to see what McCurdy has up her sleeve!
