If you’re a fan of the show, you’ll definitely want to take a short break from work (hey, it’s Friday anyway) and watch this video. CMT released the full season trailer for Nashville, and it looks pretty insane.

As you probably know, CMT revived the show after it was cancelled by ABC. Due to the change, the show also got a brand new pair of showrunners — Ed Zwick and Marshall Herskovitz. And, it’s obvious that the two of them are psyched about what they’ve created.

Earlier this month, they aired a “sneak peek” premiere of the show, which is otherwise set to debut on January 5th. With that, plus this two minute preview, fans are getting more excited than ever about the brand new season.

Here’s what you can expect:

So, it starts out a little terrifying. I mean — accidents, wheelchairs, stolen songs, and blood? It can’t get more intense than that. Of course, we’re on the edge of our seats.

The cast was elated after the show was officially picked up by the new network. When rumors initially started to spread, actress Clare Bowen expressed how important the series was to her in an interview with Entertainment Tonight.

This will technically be the fifth season of the show, as four have already aired on ABC. The premiere will be two hours long. Fans who tuned into the sneak peek have only seen the first hour, so it’ll be a big night for everyone.

We seriously love the fact that Nashville is truly getting a second chance!
