Ever since we first heard about the new FX show Feud: Bette and Joan, we knew it was going to be magical. Teaming up modern day icons, Susan Sarandon and Jessica Lange, to portray classic Hollywood icons, Bette Davis and Joan Crawford, seemed almost too good to be true. But it is very much true. And we are very much looking forward to watching every episode of this already wonderful show.

And now, we get to see glimpses into the world we can expect to see on Feud thanks to some perfectly enticing teaser trailers.

The very first trailer invited us to a, well, intense dinner party.

There was, of course, a major surprise at the end of the video. And since this show was developed by Ryan Murphy, we would expect nothing less. Hearing the classic Hollywood music and seeing the hesitation in the hands that were about to reveal the dinner plate says so much about the show (without actually saying one word).

This first teaser shows a little insight into the recreation of the iconic movie behind the two women’s rivalry, What Ever Happened to Baby Jane?

But a second teaser shows us a little behind-the-scenes of the actual rivalry between the women.

And it looks delightful.

We get to see Susan Sarandon, as Bette Davis, in all her classic Hollywood glamour happily driving through a beautiful coastline and gorgeous LA neighborhoods. Soon, she casually rolls up to the studio gate. And that’s when we get a little glimpse of Jessica Lange as Joan Crawford. The cars cut each other off and the women immediately yell at each other.

The idyllic and zen-like drive up to the studio is immediately in stark contrast to the bitter realities within it.

It looks like Murphy, Sarandon, and Lange will definitely be making these Hollywood stars – and their fascinating rivalry – extremely entertaining. And we are counting down the days until the March 5 premiere when we can see it all go down.
