After a surprising renewal following what was expected to be a permanent cancelation after the death of a major character, Sleepy Hollow has jumped back into action to keep dedicated viewers pumped about the fourth season. If you haven’t already watched the eerie and fast-paced show, these new stars will prove that it’s *totally* a must-see for those of us who like our shows with some ~strange~ vibes.

Also, we’re excited for more seasons since we have a major crush on Ichabod Crane, aka Tom Mison. But can you blame us?!

While we come to ogle Crane, but we definitely for the all-around incredible acting and spectacular storylines folled with tons of WTF and OMG moments.

And now we can look forward to seeing some fresh new faces in the upcoming season.

Rachel Melvin

Melvin, who most recently starred in Awkward, will play Alex Norwood, “a self-taught engineering prodigy.” Basically, she’s smart as hell, and is also extremely loyal. Melvin has also had roles in Dumb And Dumber To and Days Of Our Lives.

Jerry MacKinnon

Known for his role in Empire, MacKinnon will play Jake Wells, Norwood’s co-worker and a government employee working on “a forgotten federal archive cataloguing reports of supernatural activity.” According to Deadline,  he’s spent his life obsessed with the spooky and weird, and, thanks to Crane, has come to realize his obsession hasn’t just been based on the imagined: he’s just known about the secret strangeness of the world.

Oona Yaffe

If this little one looks familiar, it’s probably because of her role on MasterChef Junior, where she competed in Season 2. She will star as Molly, the daughter of Ichabod’s new partner, an independent creative with an adventurous side.

And Sleepy Hollow’s mysterious new female lead?

The search is still in the works for a female lead to star alongside Crane. But we do know that, according to TV Line“she’s got a tough, take-charge personality, punctuated by a wry sense of humor. She’s a born leader, but she also has a softer, more caring side which she rarely shows.”

Sounds like a badass, if we do say so ourselves.
