If you’re looking for the feel-good television binge of Thanksgiving, it is not The Punisher, Netflix’s latest installment in their ever growing Marvel library. It is bloody, full of explosions and actual fire, and lots of people getting beat down — including Frank Castle.

Last we saw Frank, it was the end of Daredevil Season 2 and he managed to avoid being captured (again). Because, remember, he went to prison, and the ever charming Wilson Fisk manages to get him out. This is where Frank starts his crusade to bring justice to those who murdered his family, something that’s been haunting him this whole time. Frank was, sadly, MIA through all of The Defenders — which brought Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Iron Fist, and Luke Cage — together for the first time.

But with Daredevil now gone (sorry, spoilers), someone’s going to have to save Hell’s Kitchen when the time comes.

Joining Frank on his mission is Karen Page, and from the trailer it looks like the two clearly have a connection (Come on, they did during Daredevil Season 2, and Karen deserves so much better than Matt Murdock, sorry not sorry). But, clearly, Karen has issues with the way Frank goes about his business (…and also, tbh, so do we).

So as we wait impatiently for the return of Jessica Jones Season 2, at least we’ve got the loose cannon, take-no-prisoners Frank Castle to hang out with. Clear your weekend plans, because all episodes of the series drop on November 17th.
