We’re excited to say we have maybe the best announcement we’ve ever made. Tom Hiddleston voiced a Planet Earth II trailer. And, don’t judge us, but we’re already swooning. In case you’re not familiar with Planet Earth, it’s basically the most simultaneously relaxing and stressful series we’ve ever seen.

The show consists of hours and hours of footage of wildlife and rad places all over the world that are totally beautiful and mind-blowing. And, though you feel small, you’re also very happy to be alive. The point is, it’s awesome. And now Tom Hiddleston is involved, so it’s doubly awesome.

Just listen to his soothing, beautiful pronunciations paired with these totally dope videos and TRY not to get over excited.

Ugh, is there anything better than those dulcet tones laid over beautiful footage of the animal kingdom? Actually, don’t answer that. We already know that no, there has never been anything better.

Planet Earth II will premiere on BBC America on February 18th. And, in case you’re not paying attention that is TODAY, people. So if you’re lucky enough to be having a dreary, lazy day at home this weekend, get your DVR ready because the timing is too perfect. We hope that Tom Hiddleston leant his voice to more than just the trailer. But even if he didn’t, we’re more than happy to enjoy this sequel series for the awesomeness that it is…and then listen to the trailer a few (dozen) more times.

And no matter what you say, we’ll maintain that’s a totally normal thing to do.
