Here's the one scene from the latest "Game of Thrones" episode that almost killed Kit Harington
Fire (Dany) and ice (Jon) finally came together on Game of Thrones, and everyone is still alive — at least, for now. But, the first meeting of the characters wasn’t the most dangerous scene of the episode. There was actually a scene that had Kit Harington nervous about his (and Jon Snow’s) safety.
You never know who will make it through an episode of Game of Thrones safely and when Dany (Emilia Clarke) and Jon (Harington) finally met for the first time in Season 7, Episode 3, “The Queen’s Justice,” we weren’t sure if they’d both make it out alive. But luckily, fire and ice managed to coexist — and even work together.
But that doesn’t mean Jon wasn’t in *any* danger.
Remember the beautiful scene in which Tyrion (Peter Dinklage) and Jon stand on a cliff to brood? Harington told Entertainment Weekly that the scene made him a little nervous. And with good reason, if we might add.
Ummm, no cliff diving, please. We need you to stick around, Kit. Capes can be dangerous, so maybe next time find something to hold onto?
But who knows, maybe a dragon would have swooped in to save him if things got dire. Side note: We’d love to see Jon riding a dragon so please make that happen at some point, HBO.
Game of Thrones airs Sundays on HBO.
