Now that we know the title for the upcoming season of American Horror Story, Cult, we’ve got so many follow-up questions. Most pressing: What?

Earlier this year, AHS Czar Ryan Murphy revealed that the season would somehow connect to the 2016 presidential election. Also, it’s about cults, bees, clowns, and Evan Peters has blue hair. Sure. Whatever you say, Murphy.

Now, a fourth trailer is out for the season, and this is the strangest one yet. It shows a woman walking running alone down a quiet street, while being stalked by clowns. You know, a regular thing that happens. While it’s important to note that the woman’s hair gets increasingly redder as the teaser goes on (well that’s definitely a sign, seeing as how a lot of the clowns have blue hair), it’s the caption for the video that really caught our attention.

“Whistle while you lurk.”

Like…like…whistle while you work? The song from the first full-length animated feature, 1937’s Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs? That Disney movie? Did…did AHS just make a joke about cults, while also making a joke about Happy, Sleepy, Dopey, Grumpy, Sneezy, Bashful, and Doc?

Sure looks like they did. Does Walt Disney know about this?

There’s also faint whistling in the background of the video, just like in the song “Heigh Ho.” The cult clowns are carrying weapons (that look like clubs and crowbars) and are slightly reminiscent of the dwarfs leaving work in the diamond mine with their pickaxes — right down to the shadows.

This is…unexpected. Either AHS is telling us that we need to be on the lookout for fairy tale references in Season 7, or implying that the dwarfs were all part of a cult.
