The first poster is out for Adam Driver's movie "Paterson," and we're seriously all about it
It doesn’t matter what Adam Driver does – his level of talent turns every single role into on-screen magic. He’s mysterious, charismatic, and wonderfully strange in his own unique way. And his new role in director Jim Jarmusch’s Paterson is no different.
The film follows a bus driver in Paterson, New Jersey — who is also named Paterson (Driver)— throughout his typical daily routine. He drives the bus on his daily route, grabs a beer at the local bar following his shift, and heads home to his wife, played by Golshifteh Farahani.
But Paterson is also a poet, and finds beauty in his quiet, seemingly dull and predictable life. The movie is centered around his quiet observations.

And as if that doesn’t intrigue you enough, Entertainment Weekly just shared the new (totally whimsical and perfect) movie poster for it here, and we are officially counting down to the film’s theater release on December 28th, 2016.
The film debuted at the Cannes Film Festival in May, and was highly praised by critics. It’s currently screening at the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF), and has a 96% rating on Rotten Tomatoes.
Needless to say, this has officially made it to the top of our can’t-wait-to-see-list!
