ICYMI: Here's the emotional way 'SNL' paid tribute to Paris
Like New York City, Madrid, and dozens of cities around the world, Paris and its citizens are weathering the aftermath of a major terrorist attack. But rather than give into fear, people across the globe are expressing their unwavering support for the city, including those in the entertainment industry.
Over the weekend, Saturday Night Live skipped its “Live From New York” cold open, opting instead to share a heartfelt message with the people in Paris.
In both English and French, cast member Cecily Strong assured Parisians that the City of Light is in the thoughts and hearts of New Yorkers. Check out the clip below:
