Ronda Rousey is known for many things — UFC Champion, actress, Sports Illustrated swimsuit model, and comedy writer, to name a few. But perhaps one of the most important on that list is body positivity champion, because last night, she inspired us all with an important and empowering message about her body.

Yesterday, Ronda took to Instagram to share a picture of herself from The Tonight Show (looking fabulous, as always). However, just eight hours later, Ronda posted the picture again, except this time, a side-by-side. Why? Because the original had been Photoshopped, and Ronda wanted to show her fans that what you see in the media is not always to be trusted.

On the left is the undoctored image, while the right is the modified version:

Ronda also posted a caption explaining that she hadn’t known about the Photoshopping, and she wants to let her followers know that it “goes against everything [she] believe[s]”:

You go, Ronda. Thank you for keeping it real, time and time again, and promoting body positivity for girls and women everywhere.
