Lovers of all things ’90s, your day is about to be MADE. Rummaging through the depths of the wild, wild Internet, we found this Biggie-Dinosaurs mashup music video. And it was like all of our nostalgia-dreams came true in a magnificent, weird kind of way, combining glorious ’90s rap with forgotten ’90s comedy. In the video, “Hypnotize,” you get to witness the hilarity and almost surreal experience that is created when the stars of the show Dinosaurs lip-synch such an iconic rap song. It’s infinitely wonderful, and it suggests that show, Dinosaurs, has now developed a cult following worthy of such of mash-up. It’s about time. Dinosaurs was severely underrated, guys.

If you were a fan of the show, you’ll know that it was Jim Henson’s last project before he died. In fact, he passed away the year before Dinosaurs premiered. Regardless, the show ran for a solid four years, serving as one of the first comedic satires that set the precedent for shows like The Simpsons and Family Guy. The series centered on the Sinclairs who lived in a quasi-modernized society (with indoor plumbing!) in 60,000,003 BC in Pangaea. It was glorious while it lasted, in both senses (read what happened to Sinclairs here, if you never caught the series finale).

Now that the Internet has shown mad love for this video (much credit, obviously, goes to the late-great Biggie), perhaps it’s time to consider a Dinosaurs reunion episode? Hey, we’d watch that.
