Nick Jonas is up for an R-rated “Camp Rock,” so it seems we nearly have a full house

It looks like we nearly have a full house, guys, as Nick Jonas is up for an R-rated Camp Rock, so SOMEONE MAKE THIS HAPPEN ALREADY!

We would never have guessed that 2017 would be the year of the Camp Rock reunion, but it seems that, while the rest of the world burns around us, we may have been blessed with the coming together of Demi, Joe, and Nick — or should we say Mitchie, Shane, and Nate?

Earlier this year, there was a low key Camp Rock reunion at an Oscars party, and Joe Jonas then teased fans with this Insta post.

Things only got more exciting after that. First, Joe said that he, Demi, and Nick had joked about doing an R-rated version of the Disney movie. Then, Demi seemed to join in, noting that it would be like “American Pie meets Disney Channel.” The singer then went on The Ellen DeGeneres Show where she teased even more info about the potential movie.

Now Nick Jonas has spoken about how he, too, would be interested in revisiting Camp Rock for a more ~adult~ version of the popular Disney Channel movie.

Speaking to People about the potential grown-up third movie in the series, Nick said that he would totally be up for getting the gang back together.

"If the right thing comes together, I think that’d be fun, he said. "It’s a really delicate thing because [they’re two films] really beloved by fans. So I think for it to work, it’d have to be some creative new version where we get a writing team and do something special.

He added, “But I absolutely love working with Demi and my brothers.”

Of course, Nick just recently got off a nationwide tour with Demi, and obviously Kevin and Joe are his brothers and former bandmates, so it’s not like they’re estranged from each other. And while we know that celebrity schedules are pretty busy to maneuver, and it can be hard to get people all in one place at the same time, we *totally* need this to happen ASAP.

We can picture it now: Joe, Nick, (possibly Kevin,) and Demi all grown up as they sing, dance, and get raucous. Hey, perhaps Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens could drop by, and we could get that High School Musical Camp Rock crossover we’ve always dreamed of…
