And now for some news that makes us even more eager to get 2016 the hell outta here: The 2017 Grammy nominees were just announced by Meghan Trainor and the competition is *so* serious. Although Frank Ocean is skipping the Grammys, the list of nominees isn’t short on major talent.

Among the artists up for the coveted gramophones are a ton of our faves, including Adele and Beyoncé, who are both in the running for album, record, and song of the year awards. According to Entertainment Weekly, Beyoncé leads with nine nominations, followed by Drake, Kanye West and Rihanna, who each received eight nods.

Other notable nominees include Solange’s “Cranes in the Sky” for Best R&B Performance, David Bowie’s “Blackstar” for Best Rock Song, Best Rock Performance and Best Alternative Music Album and Justin Bieber, whose Purpose record received a nod for the Album of the Year. The Best New Artist nominees include Chance the Rapper, Kelsea Ballerini, country artist Maren Morris and The Chainsmokers, who apparently celebrated the big news in style at Dunkin’ Donuts.

Check out the full list of nominees at Grammy.com.

The 59th annual Grammys will air Sunday, February 12th on CBS and we can’t wait to watch and cheer on our faves.
