If you needed another reason to get up and get fit, this amazing Katy Perry ’80s-style remix might just be the thing to do it. The “Firework” remix takes smooth sounds of Katy’s vocals and pairs it with the dope synthesizer sounds of the ’80s for a crazy cool combination. “Firework” was already a huge hit, spending 39 weeks on the Billboard’s Top 100 charts, and this is just the next step in its world domination.

We’ve been craving some new Katy Perry music for a while now, satiating it with her single “Rise.” The song made quite a impact at the DNC,where she performed it live for the first time. Now, this new fan-made creation is giving us all #life. Hopefully, Katy Perry hears it and adds this version to her repertoire.

You can use it as #fitspo on a daily run, or even while you cook. This is a great throwback to the Jane Fonda days, where cool beats were always a part of working out.

We hope that they give the same treatment to some other Katy Perry originals such as “I Kissed A Girl” and “California Girls.” Can’t you just imagine?! Have fun getting your groove on to this fist-pumper!
