Oh (wo)man, the new Wonder Woman trailer is here and it is blowing our tiny, mortal minds.

The footage from the new movie premiered Saturday night at the Kids’ Choice Awards. We first see Diana Prince/Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot) as a tiny Amazonian warrior goddess growing up on the island of Themyscira, the Amazon’s secluded homeland.

She’s being shepherded around the island by her mother, Queen Hippolyta (Connie Nielsen), and is shown to a secret hall with a sword suspended in the middle of what looks like a modern art sculpture. “It’s beautiful, who would wield it?” a young Diana asks. “Only the fiercest among us could,” the queen answers. “And that is not you, Diana.”

That sort of shade makes the young Diana look both very determined and very mischievous.

Viewers then get what amounts to possibly the coolest workout scene ever, all over some background narration about how Diana must train harder and faster than anyone else on the island. Why? We’re not entirely sure. But it sure makes for some great motivational workout fodder.

We’ll definitely be thinking of pint-sized Diana next time we don’t want to go to the gym.

Then, Chris Pine-as-Steve Trevor crash lands on the island and somehow gets Diana to come back with him to WWI-era London. This seems like some prime costume drama time, and I feel rewarded for even thinking about working out by the sight of Pine in an early 20th-century aviator’s jacket.

Gal Gadot looks FIT, you guys.

I’m calling it now, lasso workouts are going to be the next big thing.

Just think of the arm muscles you could build up and how awesome you’d look walking down the street with a lasso at your hip.

And also because of this movie, huge gladiator bracelets are going to be in all the stores next summer.

The new movie promises to be different than Diana Prince’s appearance in last summer’s Batman V. Superman. It will focus instead on how she became involved in the human world, which hopefully means punching some proto-Nazis and making out with Chris Pine.

People online are pretty excited for it:

Basically, we’re all super stoked to see this movie. Please excuse me while I go hunt for the nearest lasso-themed workout class.

Wonder Woman arrives in theaters on June 2, 2017.
