Of course we’re fans of The Force. Of course we want good to win out over evil. Of course we’ve always cheered for Luke over Darth Vader and now Rey over Kylo Ren.

But the doesn’t mean we can’t marvel at some of the ways of the Dark Side every once in a while. I mean, TBH, the Death Star (though totally evil!) is actually a pretty remarkable feat of technology. So the fact that someone was able to channel some of that evil and use is for good is maybe coolest thing we’ve seen in a long time. After all, you can’t have a complete Star Wars galaxy collection without a little Death Star action.

Well, not quite, Obi-Wan. It’s actually a Death Star floating speaker system that’s now available on Amazon for around a mere $220. The magnetic system makes the speaker hover over its base while blasting out ominous music. No amount of rebel fighters will be able to stop you from enjoying every bit of this delightfully unique design. Not to mention, it has a bluetooth set up which basically means if you set your ringer to Darth Vader’s theme song, you can shiver with evil excitement every time you get a call. It also glows in the dark, which is plus 50 awesomeness points on just about any gadget.

Looking into the detailed replica, you can imagine the goings on of all the people inside- storm troopers, droids, and other creative beings existing on there by choice (or by force).  And maybe you’ll even find yourself wondering if maybe there’s some good in there after all and maybe Finn wasn’t the first good storm trooper to ever fall into the white uniform. Or whatever it is you want to wonder about while listening to music while gawking at tiny Death Star replicas. We think about this guy a lot:
