Vanity Fair writer David Kamp just revealed one of the  *biggest* on-set secrets from the new Star Wars saga: Adam Driver is not a hugger. Driver, who plays the moody and broody villain Kylo Ren apparently went full method on the set of the upcoming Star Wars film — the exact opposite of John Boyega’s approach to the film.

Boyega who plays stormtrooper-turned-resistance-fighter Finn, told Kamp and he and Daisy Ridley try to keep things light on set, especially after very intense scenes. According to Boyega, one of his favorite things to do on set was hug Adam Driver, who was *not* at fan.

You heard it here first folks, Adam Driver is NOT a hugger.

For further proof that Driver and hugs are not friends, one time Oscar Isaac attempted to give Driver a hug and it didn’t go as planned. The results are these bizarre but amazing set of photos:

If you ever have the opportunity to take a photo with Adam Driver, try and position it like this — with you hands firmly folded across your body out of Driver’s way, with a firm three inches of distance.

However, if you happen to run into John Boyega, rumor has it he *loves* a good hug.
