This summer is shaping up to be a season of epic movie proportions. These summer movies options are AWESOME. Zac Efron in a bathing suit. Johnny Depp’s return as a drunk punk-rock ancient metrosexual pirate. The baddest-ass Wonder Woman. Tupac. Our slates are full.

In order of release, here are ten summer movies we’re excited to see.

1Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales

Walt Disney Pictures

Captain Jack Sparrow searches for the trident of Poseidon. And sees undead sharks. UNDEAD SHARKS, PEOPLE. May 26th, 2017.

Paramount Pictures

Devoted lifeguard Mitch Buchannon butts heads with a brash new recruit. That is, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson squares off with Zac Efron in a spoof remake of the ’90s TV hit. We’re there. May 26th, 2017.

3Wonder Woman

Warner Bros. Pictures

The story will explore the the immortal Princess Diana’s origin from her rise as a warrior on the mythic island of Themyscira, through her eventual quest to the realm of ordinary men. Starring Israeli actress Gal Gadot, we can’t wait to see Wonder Woman become more badass than we’ve ever seen her. June 2nd, 2017.

4World War Z 2

Paramount Pictures

A follow-up to 2013’s World War Z. Brad Pitt, Mireille Enos, a zombie pandemic. Enough said. June 9th, 2017.

5The Mummy

Universal Pictures

An ancient princess is awakened from her crypt beneath the desert, bringing with her malevolence grown over millennia, and terrors that defy human comprehension. It stars Tom Cruise and Russell Crowe, so that means it’s going to be good, right? June 9th, 2017.

6All Eyez on Me

Summit Entertainment

A biopic centering on the life of the one-and-only Tupac. A rapper, poet, actor and political activist, who shot to fame with 2Pacalypse Now, he entered our hearts and never left. His politically-charged lyrics electrified a generation who may have been more disconnected from politics if not for his words. We can’t wait for this epic look at his life on June 16th, 2017.

7Spider-Man: Homecoming

Sony Pictures Releasing

Following the events of Captain America: Civil War (2016), Peter Parker attempts to balance his life in high school with his career as the web-slinging superhero Spider-Man. Starring our handsome young Brit, Tom Holland. July 7th, 2017.

8Atomic Blonde

Focus Features

Charlie Theron? Check. Super slick graphic novel adaptation? Check. We’ll be there on July 28th to check this one out for sure.

9Tulip Fever

The Weinstein Company

A steamy-romance set in a truly tulip-obsessed time in Dutch history? This Alicia Vikander indy should be the perfect late-summer antidote to all those popcorn movies. Hitting your theaters on August 25th!

Sony Pictures Entertainment

Okay, this is more of an autumn movie, but we’re shoe-horning it in anyway. Though we’ll never give up on Julia Roberts, Kiefer Sutherland, and Billy Baldwin, we’ll gladly open our hearts to Ellen Page, Diego Luna, and Nina Dobrev. A remake of the 1990 cult classic, we’re only on board because the cast is so great. Oh, and Kiefer’s in it, too. September 29th, 2017.

Okay, break out your summer movies calendar. We’ll see you in the theatre.
