A self-love to-do list for Memorial Day weekend
Even though Memorial Day weekend is almost at an end, it’s important we step back and take a moment to breathe. With family, parades, BBQs, and girls’ night out, it’s hard to remember to pat yourself on the back, let go of the work week, and just enjoy yourself. I know sometimes I have a hard time turning my brain off and not worrying about impending deadlines that I’ll have to pick up once Tuesday rolls around. But this year, I’m allowing Tuesday to be Tuesday, and enjoying myself and the long weekend while giving thanks to those who have served this country. Let’s continue the festivities by chillin’ in the shade with some lemonade and a little rest and relaxation!
