Today at about 12pm PST, Facebook founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg shared an infinitely adorable photo of himself lying beside his newborn daughter, Maxima (nicknamed Max), and we have to say, this one is giving us a serious case of the “Awwws.”

“Full of joy with little Max,” wrote Zuckerberg. The post already has over one million likes, and over 8,000 shares.

Back in July, Zuckerberg and his wife Dr. Priscilla Chan announced Max’s impending arrival via Facebook while also revealing that they’d weathered three miscarriages before successfully carrying to term.

“You feel so hopeful when you learn you’re going to have a child,” wrote Zuckerberg. “You start imagining who they’ll become and dreaming of hopes for their future.”

After coming into the world around Thanksgiving,  Max is now just shy of a month old and her parents couldn’t be more thrilled about their healthy, happy baby. Shortly after her birth, Zuckerberg and Chan announced that their gift to their young daughter is the gift of a better world, created in part by their decision to donate 99 percent of their Facebook stock—or about $45 billion—to charity through an LLC known as the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative.

“Our initial areas of focus will be personalized learning, curing disease, connecting people and building strong communities,” the couple wrote in an open letter to their daughter, adding, “Max, we love you and feel a great responsibility to leave the world a better place for you and all children. We wish you a life filled with the same love, hope and joy you give us. We can’t wait to see what you bring to this world.”

We know it’s still pretty early in the game, but Mark and Priscilla are well on their way to being stellar parents.
