Madonna shared the first picture of her two newly adopted twins, and it's adorable
After the news was confirmed yesterday (February 8th), Madonna has shared the first picture of her two new adopted twins, and it’s so darn adorable.
It was reported yesterday that Madonna had been granted permission to adopt four-year-old twins, Stelle and Estere, from Malawi, and we couldn’t be happier for her ever growing family. There had been rumors that the pop music legend was planning to adopt last month (January 25th), but at the time the star denied any claims.
However, it seems that following an application Madonna has now expanded her family, which already consists of 11-year-olds David Banda and Mercy James, 16-year old Rocco, and 20-year-old Lourdes, and added two new children into the mix.
Following the news, Madonna shared a picture of her with both Stelle and Estere, and it’s so cute.
Writing on Instagram, the singer said that she was grateful for everyone who helped her through the process.
The star then shared an adorable picture of her with the two twins, and it’s just so lovely.
Six months ago, the star shared a picture with her daughter, Lourdes, and the twins, before any news that she wanted to adopt them had been reported.
Madonna also shared a picture with a caption that detailed how there were 650 orphans at the Home of Hope, the orphanage where Estere and Stelle have lived for four years and where Madonna met her son David Banda. “If you would like to get involved by volunteering or donations go to Raising Malawi.org,” she wrote. “Every little bit helps!!!
We’re so happy for Madonna and her modern family, and wish them all the best during this transitional time! We can’t wait to see more pics of the twins crop up on the singer’s Instagram account!
