You’re going to want to sit down for this, because we regret to inform you that many of your go-to binge shows are leaving Netflix in October.

For the next week and a half, watch like it’s A Terrible Shark Week because 30 Rock is about to make a grand exit from Netflix, accompanied by Malcolm in the MiddlePrison Break, and The Wonder Years. But that’s not all…2000s teen staple One Tree Hill and (*sobs*) Friday Night Lights will also be leaving the streaming platform come October.

Meanwhile, films like Love Actually, Titanic, and Across the Universe are leaving too, because life isn’t fair.
