Kim Kardashian had to defend one of North's outfits, and here's why
Following some furor online, reality star and entrepreneur Kim Kardashian has defended one of her daughter’s outfits that appeared to show the 4 year old wearing a corset.
The outfit, an orange dress with what looks like a corset over it, was criticized by people on social media and news organizations who questioned whether Kim had actually put her daughter in a waist trainer.
North was snapped looking rather fab while out and about, but that didn’t stop some from questioning whether Kim had actually put her daughter in a corset.
After seeing comments on Twitter and Instagram, Kim took to her own social media to lambast those suggesting she would put her 4-year-old daughter in a corset while also defending the outfit.
Sharing a video of the outfit, Kim explained what was what.
In the video, Kim also gave a description of the dress.
“This dress that I did not design, I actually bought, is not a corset it’s just fabric on the front. So, I think it’s really cute, I bought it from a designer and it’s just fabric people, it’s not a real corset,” she explained.
This latest move comes after the 36-year-old mom of two had to take to social media to explain that she wasn’t doing drugs.
While promoting her upcoming Kids Supply clothing line, fans on social media pointed out two suspicious white lines on a table in the background of a video. After seeing the accusations online, Kim quickly cleared things up by showing how, actually, it was a marble table that had white flecks running through it.
“I have kids. It’s just not my lifestyle. I don’t think I’ve ever been like that,” she said in a video response.
Seriously, it’s been a week for Kim Kardashian. Hopefully, now that this latest “controversy” has calmed down, people will stop speculating about North’s wardrobe on the internet.
