ICYMI, yesterday marked the official beginning of the Rio Olympic Games with the Opening Ceremony. It was filled with lots of colorful costumes, funky music, and, of course, Gisele Bundchen slaying the catwalk. But it was the Parade of Nations that really got the world talking.

The internet freaked out Friday night when Tonga walked into the stadium for a very good reason. The nation’s flag bearer, Pita Taufatofua, was easily one of the hunkiest guys we’ve ever seen.

Taufatofua led in his country’s athletes wearing traditional Tongan garb, which (luckily for all of us) included lots of body oil and no shirt!

The 32-year-old hunk will be competing in Taekwondo in an attempt to make history for his country by winning their first ever medal.

While we are all for making history, right now we are still recovering from his hot body. He was on display a ton during the ceremonies and we were not the only ones freaking out.

For those of you who actually want to watch Taekwondo this Olympics, the first event is on Wednesday, August 17! You can see Taufatofua once again in all his glory. Though, TBH, we’re not sure anything can beat this:
