While Adele’s newest album may not be eligible for the 2016 Grammy awards, that doesn’t mean we’re not super excited for all the other artists whose work is being recognized at the February 15th celebration. The full list of nominees was just announced, and some of our favorite people totally dominated the list.

While Kendrick Lamar racked up an astounding eleven nominations, our girl Taylor Swift wasn’t too far behind with an equally impressive seven, neck-and-neck with The Weeknd, whose single “Can’t Feel My Face” carried him through several categories.

Swift is up for awards in categories like Album of the Year, Record of the Year, Song of the Year, and Best Group Performance. Interestingly enough, for most of these categories, she’s the only female nominee, so that’s even more reason to root for her come decision time.

That doesn’t mean we’re not excited for any of the other artists. I mean, who doesn’t like “Uptown Funk” or “See You Again”?

Other notable nominees include Meghan Trainor for Best New Artist and Nicki Minaj’s “The Pinkprint” for Best Rap Album.

No matter who takes home the trophies, we know everyone made amazing music this year, and can’t wait for all the hard work to be recognized.

Check out the full list of nominees here!
