Given the twists and turns that happen in Game of Thrones you might expect that the actors have *some* idea where the show might be heading. However, according to John Bradley, who plays Samwell Tarly, the show’s actors are just as in the dark as the audience.

The last season of GoT saw SO much happen it was hard to keep up. Not only did we find out who Jon Snow’s actual father is, but we also saw Cersei Lannister *finally* crowned Queen of the Seven Kingdoms. We may have even got a sneak peak at what’s to come for season seven of the popular HBO fantasy drama following some rather unfortunate leaks.

Now in an new interview, John Bradley (aka Samwell) has said that even the cast have no idea what’s going to happen in Westeros.

Speaking to Digital Spy the British actor said that he had no clue as to where the show will end when it’s final season airs in 2018.

Filming for season seven of the hit show is still underway, and is set to wrap in February. As previously reported, these filming dates are slightly later than usual, partly owing to the shorter season (season seven is set to be just seven episodes long), but also due to the fact that Winter has come.

Despite this, Braldey did say that he thought that some of the upcoming episodes from the seventh season were “unfilmable” due to the scale of it all.

In the meantime, we got our first taste of the upcoming season of Game of Thrones during an HBO teaser for 2017.

Game of Thrones season seven is expected to air sometime next summer.
