It seems everyone, everywhere loves Harry Potter and the Cursed Child. On Sunday, the London Evening Standard Awards named Cursed Child best play, probably surprising no one. This is a big award for the play, but it’s also potentially the first of many.

We’re obviously dying to see Cursed Child, but it’s currently only running in London. With no plans for a film version of Cursed Child in the works, we just have to experience the envy. And, apparently, watch it win awards (And, finally, keep the hope alive for a Broadway run of Cursed Child).

Another winner that night was Voldemort himself – actor Ralph Feinnes. He won best actor for both The Master Builder and Richard III, which is super impressive. No, he did not win for playing Voldemort in Cursed Child, but maybe one day?

We’re excited for Rowling, and the entire team behind Cursed Child. May they win many more awards for their hard work. If they do make our dreams come true and come to Broadway, they may even snag some Tony Awards!

For now, we’ll rest easy, knowing we’ll get our Harry Potter fix soon when Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them hits theaters.
