Channing Tatum dressed as Winnie the Pooh, just because
Here’s a short list of characters Channing Tatum has played before: a secret service officer, a cop, a cop posing as an undercover high school student, a stripper, a dancer, an alien, a superhero. Now we can go ahead and add one more thing to that list, and it’s the chubby little cubby all stuffed with fluff, Winnie the Pooh.
Whoa, before you start freaking out that this is the Disney live-action remake of your dreams, it was all in good fun, and all in the name of Halloween. Halloween is right around the corner, you know, so ’tis the season for all sorts of events requiring you wear a costume. Tatum attended one this past weekend with his daughter, Everly, and dressed up for the occasion. Did he need to dress up? Was that a thing that the parents in attendance had to do?
Doesn’t matter. Because whatever the reason we’ve now been graced with Tatum as a life-size Pooh, and we’re so very thankful for that.
Tatum captioned the picture on Instagram explaining that he was at a Halloween carnival with his little one, and dressed accordingly. The best line in his caption states, “I’m pooh bear in case anyone can’t tell.” OH WE CAN TELL, CHAN. We can tell.
Bonus points for the aviator sunglasses, the same ones Pooh always wears during his honey quests in the Hundred Acres Woods. Someone get this life-action remake into production right now.
