If you were a fan of Sex and the City, you might remember Brady Hobbes: the adorable little redhead who got to call Miranda his mother. Brady — or Joseph Pupo, as he’s known off-screen — was last seen in the second Sex and the City film back in 2010, and hasn’t had any film credits to his name since. Obviously a lot can happen in six years, and as Cosmopolitan originally reported, Pupo has definitely grown in that time.

Pupo decided to show off his funny, yet quiet side by participating in a video interview with The Battery Company’s Jake Wilson and Sas Goldberg. Goldberg and Wilson, playing the role of mega-fans, were concerned about where he’s been since, and most importantly, if he’s a fan of the show today.

As for what he looked like then:

The completed video is called “BRADY HOBBES: The Man, The Myth, The Legend” and Pupo was hilariously in on the joke.

Pupo’s blank memories of the audition process, and whether or not stilettos (Manolo Blahniks, for the record) bring back terrible feelings for the young actor, are both fantastic moments.

So, it’s not clear if Pupo will ever get into acting again (besides his school play, as he mentioned), but it’s just nice to know he’s still around, and willing to poke a little fun at himself. The video is definitely a must-watch for all Sex and the City fans who need a good laugh this week.
