"American Ninja Warrior" star Jessie Graff just did *literal* high kicks at the Emmys and we can't believe our eyes
The 2016 Emmy Awards’ red carpet (going on now) is red hot! The fiercest celebrity to hit the carpet on Sunday evening’s festivities was American Ninja Warrior star, Jessie Graff! The professional stunt woman literally did high kicks while strutting her stuff up and down the carpet and we can’t get over it.
When you think about TV’s biggest night, you usually think about stunning fashion, hilarious speeches and lots of jokes from the host, who is Jimmy Kimmel this year, but you don’t usually think karate kicks. This year however, Graff’s kicks have taken over and we’re not mad about it.
Jessie Graff, who made history as the first woman to complete Stage 1 of NBC’s American Ninja Warrior this year, is a black belt in Tae Kwon Do, so doing martial arts moves at the Emmys isn’t that shocking. Who are we kidding? It is totally surprising to see a celeb kick in heels and a gorgeous dress and not eat it at any award show!
In addition to doing front kicks, side kicks and twirls at the 68th Primetime Emmy Awards, the 32-year-old reality star showed off her figure in a rocking red gown that was absolutely stunning. The red dress featured a plunging neckline and slit in the skirt, making those sassy kicks easier to accomplish.
Graff kept it simple when it came to her hair and makeup at the show, with a chic red lip. She pulled her blonde locks back behind her ear for a soft and feminine look. Jessie Graff’s dress choice also showed off her muscular arms, which are giving us major fitness envy right now.
The 68th Emmy Awards airs on ABC at 5 p.m. PST.
