Remember when Beyonce dropped “7/11” right before Thanksgiving and blew our minds even though we didn’t know this much mind-blowing was even possible after she, without warning (aka, promotion or PR) handed the world her self-titled album last winter? I mean, how could we forget? “7/11” was revolutionary. It was pure, minimalist Bey at her finest, just being silly and having fun with her girlfriends. We still can’t banish “7/11” out of our heads. It’s just THAT. FREAKIN’. GOOD.

So when we saw this “7/11” cover video by Kyla Imani, a thirteen-year-old with awesome swagger and fun dance, Bey-approved (probably) moves, our minds were blown —AGAIN. World, meet Kyla Imani, the teen that took Beyonce’s video and made it her own and rocked it.
