Apparently, Rebel Wilson thought Liam Hemsworth was too hot to be funny before she met him

There’s no denying that Rebel Wilson is one of the funniest actresses in the business. But it turns out she wasn’t confident that her Isn’t It Romantic co-star Liam Hemsworth was going to measure up in the comedy-chops department—that is, until she met him. Why? Because she thought he was too “hot” to be as hilarious as he is.

"Normally people that are so hot like that aren’t that funny," she said during a February 12th appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show. "Turns out, he’s just such a legend and the funniest guy. So, good move me casting him because I produced this movie as well."

We couldn’t agree more. Because while it’s a universal truth that no one person has it all, Hemsworth definitely comes close. He’s funny, smart, handsome, and chose a most excellent partner-in-crime (aka his now wife, Miley Cyrus).

However, it turns out there’s one thing Hemsworth isn’t so good at…dancing. Wilson admitted her costar had trouble with the choreography. “We have musical numbers in the film, because why not? I think the best dancer would be Priyanka Chopra. She’s got so much experience in Bollywood,” she said. “Probably the worst would be Liam. He just gave it his all.”
