This 5-year-old has the sweetest reaction to his mom’s pregnancy news
When Sarah Bromby decided to tape her son’s reaction to her exciting pregnancy news, she did us all a huge favor. Her 5-year-old son, Ethan, has what might just be the cutest and most heartwarming reaction to learning he’s going to be a big brother.
Sarah, a 28-year-old from North Lincolnshire in the UK, is expecting another child in January. So she decided to tell Ethan by handing him a card and some ultrasound pictures, and capturing the moment on video. At first he thinks the pictures are of him, but he quickly realizes what his mom is telling him. Then, he just FEELS the love. It’s priceless.
Sarah knew her son would be psyched about the news—he’d been asking about a baby brother or sister for a while—but she didn’t know the world would be so psyched about his reaction. Her video was posted to Facebook just five days ago, and it’s already been shared over 500,000 times and viewed 21 million times. It’s easy to see why—it just couldn’t be sweeter!
As for whether Ethan’s going to have a baby sister or brother, Sarah told the Scunthorpe Telegraph they’ll find out next month. Hopefully, she’ll capture Ethan’s response to that news, too.
