Ryan Reynolds reveals the impromptu dance that made him realize Blake Lively was ~the one~
In case you needed another reason to love this couple, Ryan Reynolds revealed he knew Blake Lively was the one and it’s giving us major relationship envy.
The adorable couple tied the knot in 2012, and now Reynolds is opening up about the moment he knew Lively was his one true love and it will make you so happy.
The 40-year-old actor is one of GQ’s Men of the Year — because he’s Ryan freaking Reynolds — and in the magazine he admitted that his life is a perfect cliche.
So what was it that drew him to Lively and made him realize that she was the one he was meant to be with forever? Hint: it was all in a song — and dance.
"Probably after the sex," he joked in his GQ interview. "No, we were hanging out at this little restaurant in Tribeca that's open really late, and this song came on and I was just like, 'Want to dance?' No one was in there, so it was just totally empty."
"And it was just one of those moments where halfway through the dance, it was like, 'Oh, I think I just crossed a line.' And then I walked her home. And, uh, you know, I don't really need to go into what happened after that," he added.
Reynolds also revealed that he is totally aware that his life is a dream and somehow that self-awareness makes the Deadpool actor even more dreamy to us.

"I'm on the precipice of having a real American family," he explained. "I mean, I always imagined that would happen, and then it happened. Every idiotic Hallmark-card cliché is true."
