Rainbow grilled cheese is a thing that exists, and it weirdly looks delicious
All we want is for a world where everything is available in a sparkly, rainbow version. What? Can you blame us for wanting to sprinkle the world with bright happiness and beauty?! Luckily, we just found out that RAINBOW GRILLED CHEESE is a thing, and we 100% would eat. We want rainbow versions of all our fave foods, and we want ’em ASAP. Like, as bizarre as it sounds, it looks so freakin’ delicious. You just have to see it for yourself.

The best part? Each color is actually a different flavor.
According to PopSugar, the blue is lavender, the green is basil, and the red is tomato. And the yellow? Kala Toast in Hong Kong, the magical place from which this beauty hails, explained,
"[The yellow] is actually the combination of four kinds of cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, emmental, and gruyére)."
So if you’re as cheese obsessed as we are (duh) it’s time to PARTY over this little beauty. But don’t get too excited, because it really is mostly eye candy. Sad face, we know. Kala Toast explained,
"The toast was crispy but I reckon both the flavour of the lavender and tomato were subtle. The basil flavour was the most outstanding one comparatively but the cheese flavour still was not as strong as my expectation. It was also a bit oily in general. I would say the quality was rather average but we all cannot deny that it is photogenic."
It’s hard to imagine a world in which a rainbow grilled cheese isn’t an epic mouth party, but we’ll have to try it before we pass any judgement.
