That was quick: The EOS lip rash lawsuit has been settled

Earlier this month, we all tossed our EOS chapstick in the trash after a rather disturbing lawsuit was filed against the company by Rachael Cronin, who claimed the chapstick gave her blistering, painful lips.

“Ms. Cronin’s condition consisted for approximately 10 days. [She] shared the story of her experience with EOS and posted a picture of her face with boils and blisters on Facebook,” the lawsuit stated. “The post set off a frenzy of responses from other individuals who shared the identical experience with EOS. It became clear this was a massive national health problem.”
