PUMA and Maybelline are teaming up for a truly epic makeup collab
The business of collaborations has become a major part of the fashion and beauty industries. In fact, it seems that these days, every other collection announcement has turned into a partnership between two existing brands. Not that we don’t love a good collab, but we will admit it’s become harder for one to surprise us. But earlier this week, when Maybelline New York announced via an Instagram reveal that it would be partnering with Puma on a line of makeup, we were truly pleasantly surprised by the news.

The PUMA x Maybelline New York collab features 12 makeup products, from a mascara to lipsticks to eyeshadow sticks, and blends fashion, beauty, and sports for what the brand is calling a “high performance, street style-inspired makeup collection.”

“PUMA and Maybelline are synonymous with on-trend, high-performance products,” said Leonardo Chavez, Global Brand President, Maybelline New York in a press release. “Maybelline’s collaboration with PUMA makes innovative, street style-inspired makeup accessible to consumers worldwide to complement their always-on, demanding lifestyles.”
The products in the collection will “resist water, sweat, and fading so they can keep up with your lifestyle.”
Model and longtime Maybelline spokesperson Adriana Lima will be the face of the limited edition PUMA x Maybelline campaign, which will launch at the beginning of February.
